KALISPELL- The Glacier Country Avalanche Center says avalanche danger is "considerable" in elevations from 5,000 to 7,500 feet in Glacier Park, and the Flathead and Kootenai National Forest areas.

The latest avalanche advisory issued for Northwest Montana is currently rated as "moderate" on all steep, open slope and gullies for elevations between 5,000 and 7,000 feet.
