WHITEFISH- A Whitefish woman, charged with sexual intercourse without consent, is trying to reduce the amount of her bail.

Nadine Hubble was arrested after her babysitter, a minor, was allegedly sexually assaulted by Hubble and her husband, Kory Hubble.

The babysitter told authorities she was given drugs and alcohol before and during the sexual assault in the couple's home.

Whitefish Police issued a search warrant on the couple's home and found evidence to back up the assault claim.

Kory Hubble has already posted bond in his case, while Nadine remains in the Flathead County Jail.

A decision on the bond reduction is expected later Thursday.
