MISSOULA - As we head out of the weekend and into your Monday, we are going to find a change in our weather pattern, leading to a much better chance of precipitation.
Look for a mostly cloudy to overcast night with lows ranging from the upper 20s to low 30s. A few valley locations will see light rain/snow showers before daybreak, but most won't see rain develop until mid to late morning.
Valley rain will be widespread, but very light. The mountains will see several inches of snow at and above pass levels. Many mountain passes will be slick Monday and Monday night. Afternoon highs will climb into the middle 40s to lower 50s.
Precipitation will continue overnight Monday and into Tuesday morning before tapering off during the afternoon hours. Once again, it appears that most locations will see rain, but generally very light amounts. The highs on Tuesday will climb into the high 40s to lower 50s.
Wednesday will be a much drier day under a partly to mostly cloudy sky. The highs will climb into the lower to middle 50s in most areas.
