MISSOULA - Our precipitation won't be that impressive with the current system passing to our southwest, but scattered mountain snow - and valley rain - will remain in the forecast running into Tuesday evening
There's the potential for light pass level accumulation there as we head into Wednesday morning, especially in Southwest Montana.
Behind the passing system, expect decreasing clouds on Wednesday with highs in the mid 50s. It actually looks quite pleasant!
Thursday and Friday look similar with partly cloudy skies, a very slim chance of an isolated showers and highs in the low to mid 50s.
We could see a return to much cooler and wetter conditions - especially for southwest Montana -this upcoming weekend, but right now models aren't in good agreement.
