ST. IGNATIUS - Five men who died during the war in Vietnam will be honored in August when the Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall returns to Western Montana and stops in the Mission Valley.
The replica of the Washington, DC monument will stop at Good Old Days Park, on Aug. 20, and a short ceremony is being planned as the well traveling between Missoula and Whitefish.
The five St. Ignatius men whose names are on the wall are: SP4 Clarence F. Bristol, who died in 1969 while serving in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army PFC Jean Baptiste Incashola, who died in 1966; U.S. Army Pvt. Joseph Louis Pokerjim, who died in 1967; U.S. Army SFC Dale Franklin Rollins, who died in 1968; and Marine PFC Gilbert Leroy Zerbst, who died in 1968.
