DALLAS, TX - Three people, including a lone suspect, were injured Monday morning when a man  opened fire at a high rise building in Dallas, Texas.

The shots were reported about 11 o'clock Monday at a multi-story building on the north side of the city. Police say a 63-year-old man and his 39-year-old  son were both shot by a gunman. That gunman then shot himself when approached  by police.

The father and son run an investment company that has an office on the third  floor. They are expected to recover, but the gunman was listed in critical condition.

The building was locked down while police investigated and made sure there were no other victims. Officials say the father and son were targeted and that the shooting was not a random act.
