MISSOULA- Celebrations broke out across America as news spread of Osama Bin Laden's death. President Obama announced Sunday night that al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is dead. He was killed during a top secret operation by U.S. forces in Pakistan. He was living in a mansion a few miles north of Islamabad. Bin Laden's body was buried at sea.

U.S. forces literally swoopwed-in on bin Laden. U.S. helicopters approached the compound in Pakistan on a mission to capture or kill the world's most wanted terrorist. Sources say bin Laden was shot in the head during a firefight.

Bin Laden was hiding just 100 yards from a Pakistani military academy leaving some questioning whether Pakistan's military and intelligence leadership knew of his whereabouts.

We headed over to the University of Montana University Center late Sunday night to get some local reaction to the news of bin Laden's death.
