MISSOULA- Some Montanans are adding a summer twist to the mounds of snow filling our streets and yards.

From ‘planking' to ‘tebowing', there's no shortage of posing crazes on the Internet and recently some Missoulians braved the snow and added a new pose to the mix called ‘frosting.'

"It's gone viral people are really enjoying it. I think with Missoula and snow people get all stir crazy and they want something to do and this is a fun way to kind of get that energy out," said frosting founder Colin Hickey.

Inspired by a few friends, Hickey created a Facebook page called Frosters Anonymous. In just 3 days the page has reached more than 2,500 likes and people from across the country are submitting their unique take on the trend.

Frosting is pretty simple. All you have to do is find a summer outfit, pretend it's 80 degrees outside, find a friend to take your picture, and have fun!

The frosty photos keep pouring in and Hickey said he can't wait to see what people are going to do next.

"Just have fun with it, get your family out in the snow and enjoy Montana. And it's not just about Montana, we have people posting from Ohio and Pennsylvania, so if there's snow on the ground, go frosting."

Hickey encourages everyone to spread the word, and continue frosting throughout the winter. To see more pictures you can visit the Facebook page.
