MISSOULA- Police in Kalispell caught up with a father and his two-week-old daughter after he took her from the baby's home in Missoula. Police found Vincent Seguvio, 23, and his daughter late Thursday afternoon in the Flathead.

Missoula Police say the parents don't live together and there's an allegation that Seguvio, forced himself into his estranged wife's home and took the little girl.

Aiven Jane Chamberlain was taken from her mother's home in Missoula on Wednesday night and on Thursday the Montana Attorney General's Office issued a notice on their website saying that Chamberlain was "missing and/or endangered."

Authorities say that the child is now in the care of Child Protective Services as authorities continue to investigate the incident.
