MISSOULA- A man will spend four years in the Montana State Prison for his part in helping to run a Missoula prostitution ring on Craigslist. Anthony Brazington has been found guilty of two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated promotion of prostitution.

Prosecutors say he and Richard Carpita posted prostitution ads on Craigslist where male clients would respond to the ads by meeting with one of four girls between the ages of 16 and 19.

The judge said in court on Tuesday morning that Brazington's $150-a-day marijuana habit led him to commit the crimes.

Carpita, the co-defendant in the case, said he started the prostitution ring to make money for drugs and alcohol. He received a 10 year prison sentence for being the main ringleader in this case.

Eleven clients have also faced misdemeanor charges so far in the case.
