A man was released from the Flathead County jail and just hours later he was arrested again, this time for allegedly burglarizing a home near Ashley Lake.

Brandon Stanfield, 30, and 23-year-old Nathan Bayreuther of Kalispell broke into a home on North Ashley Lake Road just before 4 p.m. on Thursday.

When the homeowner came home, he saw the two men run into the forest and noticed his home was broken into and that many guns were missing.

"He [the homeowner] gave chase as best he could, called 911 [and] deputies responded. We were able to spend several hours tracking the individuals. At one point we had a helicopter in the air to attempt to at least provide support for the deputies on the ground," Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry explained.

The Sheriff's Office found the men on Thursday night near the burglarized home and two more suspects are still being sought for questioning
