MISSOULA - A 26-year-old man suspected of touching himself inappropriately while parked outside Splash Montana on Thursday is in custody.
Missoula Police Sergeant Jake Rosling said a witness reported the incident just before 5 p.m. when detectives arrived, they attempted to approach the pick-up, which was parked right outside the entrance of the popular water park.
That's when the suspect pulled away, nearly running over the detective. Police arrested the man a short distance away at the intersection of Pattee Creek Drive and Stevens Avenue.
Rosling said the man is charged with criminal endangerment and indecent exposure, adding the suspect's car is registered out of Lake County, but they are unsure where the suspect lives.
