KALISPELL- A Kalispell man has been sentenced for his role in running a medical marijuana dispensary that was raided by federal agents last year.
Tyler Roe, 29, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and was sentenced to one year in federal prison.
Roe was working as the "on-site manager" at Black Pearl back in March of 2011 when federal agents raided the facility as part of a mult-city crackdown on selling medical marijuana across Montana.
Law enforcement officials recovered approximately 718 marijuana plants from Black Pearl.
