BOZEMAN - A man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman after a party in Bozeman earlier this week. Connor Maguire Murphy is charged with sexual intercourse without consent.

The victim told police Murphy sexually assaulted her earlier this week while she was sleeping at a friend's house.

The woman and Murphy reportedly were at a party together before the incident.

Murphy was released from the Gallatin County Detention Center June 8 on $20,000 bail.
