BIGFORK- A Bigfork business had it's alcohol license taken away Wednesday, after several alcohol violations over the years.
Fab Sports Bar and Sweet Lou's Casino, also known as Pick's Bowling will no longer be allowed to sell alcohol to customers because of two incidents last year where a bartender sold alcohol to a minor with out a proper identification check.
The business had 7 alchohol violations in 2009, that included over serving a customer who crashed head
on into a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper, killing both of them.
Wednesday morning an investigator from the Department of Justice served the alcohol license revocation papers to the business owner.
Pick's will also have to shut down their casino because to have a gaming license you must have an alcohol license.
In one year license holder can reapply to have alcohol back in the business, but it's up to the Department of Revenue to ultimately decide.
