SEELEY LAKE - The Missoula County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the 4-year-old boy who drowned in the Seeley Lake area Thursday evening. The child is identified as ElyJah Jerryn James.

Emergency responders were dispatched to an area off Boy Scout Road when James was found unconscious in a pond. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at a Missoula hospital.

Authorities say the drowning was determined to be accidental.
