He says that the bodies of the two adults were found after the blaze was put out, and their names have not yet been released.
Dispatchers in Flathead County tell us the fire was reported at 1:45 a.m. and eight different agencies responded to the scene, and spent three hours dousing the flames.
A portion of Liberty Street between Meridian and Hawthorne Avenue will remain blocked off while crews clean up and assess the situation at the fire scene.
Fire crews from the Kalispell Fire Department, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Evergreen, Bigfork and South Valley battled the blaze and were assisted by the Montana Highway Patrol and the Kalispell Police Department according to Nasset.
Fire officials are still trying to determine what sparked the blaze.
