Anaconda-Deer Lodge county approves inmate medical insurance

ANACONDA - Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Commissioners have approved a plan to purchase medical insurance to cover their jail inmates. The Anaconda jail can hold about 28 inmates at a time. Most of the inmates are funded by the state. Anaconda is responsible for an average five inmates per day.

MISSOULA - A victim sat in the courtroom as her attacker was sentenced to prison for breaking into her home in the middle of the night 10 years ago and for raping her.
